Mantenere una buona mobilit\u00e0 e un buon tono muscolare \u00e8 la base per prevenire e alleviare i fenomeni degenerativi osteo-articolari come l\u2019artrosi e per ridurre i rischi di caduta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">In questa situazione di quarantena molte persone anziane che si mantenevano in forma e attive facendo delle camminate o praticando attivit\u00e0 ludico-sportive si ritrovano nella situazione di non sapere come e cosa fare tra le mura domestiche.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Vi riporto in seguito alcuni esempi di esercizi da fare anche tutti i giorni senza alcuno strumento specifico se non una sedia e una cintura.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Vale sempre, e ancor di pi\u00f9 in queste casistiche, la postilla fatta negli altri articoli, ovvero che ogni soggetto ha la sua storia clinica che deve ovviamente essere tenuta in considerazione per attuare modifiche e adattamenti alle proposte di attivit\u00e0 fisica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><u><strong>Arto inferiore<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&#8211; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><i>Cammino sul posto con movimento crociato braccio gamba opposta<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">1\u2019 minuto di cammino\/ 30\u201d recupero.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">&#8211; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><i>Flessione anca:<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> in appoggio stabile con gli arti superiori. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ripeto 3 serie da 10 ripetizioni.
