In sostanza <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><em>core<\/em> definisce il complesso muscolare coxo-lombo-pelvico, comprendendo <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">muscoli addominali e <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">paraspinali,<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> il quadrato dei lombi, i muscoli <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">del pavimento pelvico, i glutei e i flessori dell\u2019anca: dal <em>core<\/em> dipendono <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">efficienza ed efficacia statica e dinamica del corpo umano.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ricordo che ogni soggetto ha caratteristiche e criticit\u00e0 differenti perci\u00f2 utilizzate le proposte di allenamento, ma non esitate a contattarmi per adattarle alle vostre necessit\u00e0. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Di seguito riporto un esempio di attivazione<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><i>&#8211; <strong>Plank sui gomiti con ginocchia appoggiate a terra<\/strong><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">: 30\u201d tenuta \/ 30\u201d recupero. Salire e scendere le scale si dimostra un ottimo modo per effettuare un buon lavoro dal punto di vista cardiovascolare e lavorare sul rinforzo della muscolatura degli arti inferiori in particolare il medio gluteo impegnato nel compito di garantire l\u2019equilibrio. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ricordate di togliere\/ pulire le scarpe prima di rientrare in casa. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a><span style=\"color: #222222\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">A fine sessione sempre <strong>stretching<\/strong> per i flessori, polpacci, quadricipite, spalle e collo.
